Slim Hooded Black Trench

It rare to see a stylish trench coat with a hood. Personally I love when my coats have hoods. I'm just not an umbrella person so to be able to toss on a hood to keep out the winds and light rain is perfect. This deep black trench coat has these wonderful little pleats where the collar and hood meet, which gives it a very chic look. It would be a great coat to dress up with.

I'd love to see this coat  with some bold accessories, such as leopard or cheetah print.

Ella Lai, an etsy shop, has some beautiful fashion pieces for women and among them is this trench coat. It's a statment piece--with the fabulous ruffled sleeves and luxury soft silk material--but it isn't off the charts bold. It's chic, classy, and I want it! A girl could turn more than a few heads in this coat.

This coat would look great in any season. But seeing how it's spring, I thought I'd add some springtime accessories to this coat.

I know this is not exactly a trench coat, but I love the tailoring of this Larry Levine walkers shirt collar coat. According to reviewers, it fits like a glove. The aspect that makes it worth a feature for me is how well it fits tall people. I often find great coats that are too short at the arms. I hate that my wrists and arms dangle out of my coats most times. If you also have this issue, this coat may solve the problem. Stone Contrast Check Belted Trench Coat

The length of this trench coat on is adorable. For the leggy lady, your legs will be beautifully displayed under this trench coat. But that isn't the only reason why I love it. The stone and check contrast draw the eye in without it being too overtly attention grabbing. It's a classic sophisticated trench with a bit of fun to it. One can have a fair bit of fun with the accessories as well. Maybe some bold colors or textures. Or you may want to keep it simple and neutral. I'm going with black. A bit of dark to add to this light but lovely trench.

This trench coat looks warm. It's actually a made for rainy weather, but I think it could handle the snow. I like that it's packable, and the pouch it comes in can actually be used as a cosmetic bag. It's nice when companies think to make things practical for you in more ways than one. It comes in bronze and black but I much prefer the black. It's more sophisticated and easier to accessorize.

This London Fog coat looks as if it could work for both day and night. It has a very classic trench look and the deep black makes it extremely versatile. Crackle Effect Patent Trench Coat

This crackle effect patent trench coat from Yves Saint Laurent is so 70's spy detective in my opinion. It has a definite vintage feel to it. Probably because you don't see too many people wearing patent coats anymore, and for good reason. It's generally a tacky option when used for clothes items as large as coats (remember those awful millennium pants..) I however would wear this coat. It looks rainy day reliable. I also think I could easily take this retro looking coat and add some modern day edgy pizazz to it, with the right accessories.
