It's classic, useful, beautiful, sexy, stylish, and my favorite accessory: The trench coat.

Orange Trench Coats
Before creating this set, I didn't think I'd ever actually want an orange trench coat. Orange is one of those colors that looks beautiful in nature, but can be a huge miss when it comes to garmets and accessories. Therefore, while I love it as an representive of autumn's rainbow, I don't usually like it on me or others. However, after seeing the coats featured above, I'm warming up to orange as a legit fashion color. I tend to go more for the darker oranges than the bright pumpkin patch colors, but orange in and of itself is a lovely color. This set was, of course, inspired by the coming of Halloween. Black and orange is such a stylish combo and I thought that pairing each coat with black accessories would be a fun way to present the Halloween theme.

Enjoy Weekends: Breakfast at Audrey's
It's Friday morning and I'm unglamorously sipping hot cinnamon tea in my sweats while I swoon over Audrey Hepburn as Holly Goligtly in Breakfast at Tiffany's for the 678th time (it's probably more than that.)
I'd rather be sipping champagne at Audrey's in one of the cocktail scenes. Little black dresses and vintage coats graze across the screen and before the movie ends I'm on polyvore looking for items that I can further swoon over.
The set started with the leather round bag, an item I've always wanted. More designers should make round bags...in my price range. Next I'm captivated by the dress, which is so Audrey that I wouldn't be surprised if she inspired it. Finally, my eyes feasted on the beautiful vintage coat. By the time the set is done, I'm half weeping because everything is so beautiful and miserably out of my budget. Still, it compels me to get back to my movie and appreciate the fine beauty vintage pieces often offer. If Audrey was around, I'd hope she'd invite me over to her place one weekend to gab about fashion and raid her wardrobe. Have a wonderful weekend!

Mori Girl Coats
While most of the coats featured in this post are not trench coats, I couldn't pass up the chance to share them. They are all so lovely. With Fall being around the corner, I thought it would be nice showcase some coats I've been drooling over. I want all these coats! For those that don't know, mori means forest in Japanese. Mori girl style/lifestyle represents a girl who lives in the forest or a country cottage. Some think of the style as folk as well. Lace, florals, patchwork, earth tones, and animals are all distinctive features to the mori girl style. Let's take a look at some of these cozy mori girl coats.
I love this coat. It looks so warm and comfortable. But the seller keeps playing this annoying price game with it where they're moving the price up and down oddly. Then there are times when they say the item is no longer selling. I think I'll just have to grab it before the seller makes it truly impossible for me to get it. I like that it has a hood; I like the colors and print; I just love this coat.
Not only is this adorable, it looks so warm! I like the contrasting patterns and the courdroy material. At first I wasn't crazy about it the color, but it's really grown on me. The price is amazing at $30.00 so I know I'm going to add it to my coat collection before the price goes up. I absolutely love this seller for mori clothes. And the fact that I'm sharing this, shows how much I adore you because alie shoppers tend to want to keep their fave shops to themselves
I had to find one coat that was both mori and trench and *drum roll* I found one! This coat looks simple enough until you notice the crochet trim at the bottom. I like how that detal is repeated on the inside. It comes in olive and tan. It's a great price, so I might get both.
This coat is very sweet looking and very mori. It comes from the same seller that likes to do weird things to her listings. But strange seller aside, I truly do like this coat. It actually looks a lot warmer than the picture is showing. However, I won't know for sure, until I purchase it.

I think I'm a fan
Modcloth's Fashion Fan Club Clutch is one chic clutch with a flirty side. The pictures on modcloth show that you would be able to carry a few things in it, but in all honesty, I'd carry this bag even if it was empty. It's cute unique piece that would look great with a number of different outfits, such as the one below by elske88 on ployvore. It's also a bonus that the clutch isn't too pricy either ($44.99).

Enjoy Weekends: Little Miss Summer
I know it's been ages since I've shared an 'Enjoy Weekends' set with you, my apologies. I've been insanely busy with school. But it's SUMMER! In Canada, Summer isn't so much a season as it is an event. It's like a holiday that everyone marks their calendars for. I've marked mine, and I'm ready to do all the summer things. I wish I could spend Summer in the outfit above. The shoes! I'm tempted to purchase them. I hope you are having a great Summer so far.
